John is very connected with Clark County. He lives and volunteers in the community he works in. As Vice Chair of Battle Ground School District, his passion is for family and the underserved in the community. He spent 11 years on the Battle Ground City Council and 6 years as Mayor of City of Battle Ground.

John loves the opportunity to get outside and enjoy all the beauty in the Pacific Northwest  - camping, golfing and traveling, just to name a few of the activities the area has to offer.

His experience ranges from the residential dream house, to new construction (he worked closely with a home builder for many years), to land to build on.
